Ok, so spring is finally sprunging in our garden this morning ...
... and then I take Pooce to nursery and find these pictures on display. Pooce with undisclosed caucasian male, approximately two years of age, medium build, in need of watching his step.

Blob's Log: Stardate Saturday

T plus 12 weeks. I'm seizing the initiative and starting my blog-week today (Pooce & Kootcha are asleep upstairs and Speedy's hitting the town with her NCT mum's group). These two pictures are a good backdrop to my week - Buzz Aldrin on the Apollo 11 moonwalk, and Bruce Springsteen being a dude. I was going to write that these guys are my heroes, but in reality I just wish it was me standing there in the spacesuit / waistcoat.

History repeats ...

Speedy and Pooce braved the Cat and Fiddle crossing to visit Macc(lesfield), home of Speedy's best bud Magsie and her children. Speedy & Magsie caught up on all the gossip and watched history repeat itself as their kids sat together eating biscuits, talking rubbish and watching boys (swimming lessons in this case).

As of tonight, Team A are spending the week in Derbyshire for some intensive astronaut training (Pooce & Kootcha) and rest & relaxation (Speedy & Blob). We'll post some pictures on our return ......
